The property we offer you is disposed in a small and peaceful village at the beautiful Thracian plain, very close to a dam and a river. The village itself is 28 km away from Stara Zagora. Apart from being one of the most ancient towns in Bulgaria, it is a big and important regional, industrial and cultural centre. The property features a nice one storied house with the total living area of 50 sq. m., a parking lot, a garage (of 25 sq. m.) for one car, an outbuilding which is attached to the house and a huge garden which spreads over the area of 2300 sq. m. Ground floor: You can find here two bedrooms, a closet and a corridor. The walls of the house are made of mud bricks. The flooring is cement and windows have wooden frames.
