THE PAMPOROVO SKI RESORT
Pamporovo is a modern ski resort located in the Rhodopi mountain range and situated approx. 85 km south of Plovdiv City and the airport there. Its highest peak is Snejanka with 1926 m above sea level. As it is the most southern skiing resort in Europe, Pamporovo has mild climate with long ski season and snow coverage of about 150-200 days per year. The resort is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers and at the moment has 25 km of ski runs and 17.5 km of alpine tracks, 5 chair lifts, 3 drag lifts and 13 tows with total capacity of 8500 tourists per hour. During the summer can be practiced mountain biking & trekking, fishing & horse riding. The Aegean Sea in Greece is only 80 km from here.

Furnishing prices depend on the size of the apartment. Given the fast pace of development in Bulgaria as a consequence of joining the EU, it is difficult to predict the actual price of these furnishings so far in advance. At today's prices, we expect that it will cost about 6000 euros to furnish a one bed apt and 7500 euros to furnish a 2 bed apartment.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LETTING
A first class property management service will be provided by the developer in partnership with Pamporovo Castle Development and major international and local tour operators. Once the complex is ready, the owners will be offered to sign contracts for property management and letting.
MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING AND ITS COMMUNAL AREAS (compulsory)
