BOROVETS
You have to COLLECT YOUR SKI PACKS from our representative in Borovets at 9:00am in the lobby of Rila hotel on the day your service starts. Our representative will carry a MOTOROADS sign or a board with your name on. Please call our representative the day before on the numbers provided in your reservation voucher to confirm your appointment. Also, make sure you provide us with a valid mobile number working in Bulgaria and accurate information for your flight and hotel details.
Upon presentation of your reservation voucher and payment of your balance due, you will receive an envelope with your ski packs, which will consist of (depending on your purchased items) lift passes, vouchers for ski/snowboard equipment, ski/snowboard school, ski evening and a customer card. Please, kindly prepare your balance payment due to be paid in cash, because we are not able to process any credit card payments on the spot. Please check if the contents of the envelope correspond to your order and if there are any discrepancies please talk to our representative. If you have booked ski/snowboard equipment please fill in the customer card accordingly before the ski fitting.
5 EUR refundable security deposit is paid on the spot for every lift pass
Our representative will direct you to the ski hire shop. Once you go to the ski hire shop choose your boots and give your ski equipment voucher to the staff who will assist you with the ski fitting. In the ski hire shop you will be required to fill in a customer card with your name, hotel, room number and travel agency. The bottom part of the customer card is your ticket for the ski/snowboard equipment, so please don’t lose it !
Ski, snowboards and boots will be kept in the storage room of the ski depot during the night, don’t leave your equipment unattended! Stolen equipment has to be paid for even you provide as a substitute someone else’s equipment instead! Lift pass is not replaceable or refundable. If you loose it you need to buy a new one at a local price !
The meeting point for the ski and snowboard schools is outside the ski hire shop where the instructors will be expecting you. Newcomers are assigned in different groups according to their skiing skills until 10:00 every day.
If you intend to join the ski/snowboard school later than normal please speak with the ski teacher the day before and arrange details directly with him/her.
