General
The following terms and conditions apply to hotel bookings,
vacations and rentals made through www.motoroads.com/hotels/
or any other our affiliate businesses. You are accepting these terms and conditions and they outline all rights and obligations for both parties -
HotelRoads
and the client. No other condition can be incorporated.
Privacy policy
HotelRoads respects privacy and does not sell or divulge any information about its customers.
We do not collect or keep any credit card information on our web site. All credit card payments are made through third party -
PayPal and secured through Secure Sockets Layer /SSL/. Your credit card data will stay strictly confidential. We are a verified Paypal member.
Paypal
PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely to send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when
you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
Intellectual property
This web site contains copyright material, trade names and other
proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software,
photos, graphics and may in future include video, graphics, music and
sound. The entire contents of the Site are protected by copyright law.
We, or our licensors, own copyright and/or database right in the
selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as
well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, publish,
transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works,
or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part except as
provided in these Terms.

We make no representations that
information published on this web site is accurate and up to date or
complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by
inaccurate information. This Site provides a large amount of information
and there will inevitably be errors in it. We accept no liability and
offer no warranties in relation to it and its content, to the fullest
extent such liability can be excluded by law. We reserve the right to
change the information published on our web site at any time and without
any notice.
Reservation policy
We provide information concerning available hotels, facilities and rates. You are free to choose the hotel desired. You can request booking via
e-mail or follow through our Booking
form, but you have to be 18 years old. Once your booking request is received, our reservation staff will
get back to you with room availability and make a tentative booking. If the
hotel required is fully booked we will offer you alternative booking for
hotels with similar standard and location. We will send our reservation
confirmation email for your record that indicates a method of payment and due date.
Methods of payment
In order to secure your tentative booking
we do require a reservation deposit to be paid via Wire transfer or by
credit card online on our web site through
PayPal. Online credit card payment
through the
form on our web site is possible only if the client ticks off "I
agree to HotelRoads Terms of service. HotelRoads is a division of
Motoroads.com". The client can then proceed with the
reservation payment through Paypal. Accepting the terms and conditions and
clicking on the "Continue" button to proceed to payment with PayPal
constitutes an irrevocable commitment of the client to accept the
reservation and it can not be disputed except by abiding to the terms of
cancellation. Once your reservation payment is received in full at
Motoroads your reservation is guaranteed and your hotel voucher will be
issued and sent to you. The same conditions apply for a Wire transfer.
Sending your payment to HotelRoads via wire transfer automatically
constitutes that you agree to our terms of service, reservation and
cancellation policy.
Modifications
Modification of an existing reservation are
subject to hotel's availability. Modifications notified directly to the
hotel will not be effective. HotelRoads and the
hotelier will do their best to accommodate your modification request or
to offer you an adequate placement in an equivalent
hotel, but shall not be held liable should they fail to do so.
Refunds are made based on the refund policies of HotelRoads. Each reservation paid and
confirmed by voucher requires a customer service agent to modify the
reservation manually therefore 25 Euro administrative fee per reservation is
applied. In addition, the total amount that shall be returned to you shall
be your Full Payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges
applied by HotelRoads and/or payment services provider and/or partnering
Banks (modification fees).
Cancellations
Hotel reservation cancellations are
subject to both hotel's and HotelRoads cancellation
policy. Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will not be effective. Cancellation requests are accepted at HotelRoads in
writing only.
Make sure that you state your booking reference number.
Refunds are made based on the refund policies of HotelRoads. A reservation
paid and
confirmed by voucher requires a customer service agent to cancel you booking manually therefore
the reservation deposit paid in advance is non-refundable. However, we
give you the right to use this deposit in full for any future bookings with
HotelRoads/Motoroads. Please, use the same reservation reference number. In
case of refund, the total amount that shall be returned to you shall
be your full payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges
applied by HotelRoads and/or payment services provider and/or partnering
Banks (cancellation fees).
Complaints
In case of a problem or complaint concerning your hotel, it is imperative that the client informs HotelsRoads
immediately in order that we can rectify the situation
as quickly and efficiently as possible. HotelRoads and the hotelier will do
their best to accommodate your complaint or to offer you an adequate
replacement in an equivalent hotel, but shall not be held liable should they
fail to do so. Any complaint, which cannot be
resolved at the moment and / or locally, must be notified in writing to HotelRoads
within 3 (three) days of the beginning of the service provided. A copy of the
complaint must also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. If a
client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder HotelRoads
ability to rectify the complaint and reduce or resolve any claim that the
client may have.
Shortening/Extending reservation
Should the client decide to alter or interrupt the originally made reservation
arrangements, HotelRoads and the hotel will do their best to accommodate
such arrangements, but shall not be held liable should they fail to do so.
If the guest leaves the hotel prematurely, the HotelRoads and the hotelier has the right to claim the full remuneration
agreed upon. You are liable for any additional charges or expenses
imposed by HotelRoads and/or Hotels in respect to such modifications/changes
for shortening of stay and/or downgrading or full cancellation based on our
current Cancellation Policy.
Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure all hotel
information on our web site is accurate. We make no representations that
information is accurate and up to date or complete and accept no liability
for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information. This site provides
a large amount of information and there will inevitably be errors in it. We
accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its
content, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. We
reserve the right to change, amend or alter hotel information, prices or any
conditions stated herein without prior notice.
