Situated between the Chaika Zone in Golden Sands and the Centre of Golden Sands, at two bus stations for the centre (at 5 minutes from the bus station and the buses are in 5 minutes; also you can walk to the centre), among a beautiful park, 500 m from the beach. The hotel uses the beach of the Chaika Zone. The hotel is 3 star categories and has 6 suites, 74 double rooms and 3 single rooms. It is reconstructed and renovated in 2003-2004. The rooms are with new modern furniture and are equipped with mini bar, direct telephone, sat. TV, WC/shower and balcony. 70 % of the rooms are with sea view and 30 % are with park view. Most of the rooms are with living part with table and 2 armchairs and can be accommodated 2 regular and 2 additional beds.
