data is encrypted through SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and will stay strictly
confidential.
We require a small amount to be paid in advance to secure the booking
and the balance payment is pre-authorized on your credit card (no actual charge
takes place). Balance payment usually is payable upon check-in at the hotel in
cash or by credit card (see hotel accepted payment methods) unless the hotel
requires to be made in advance prior to check-in.
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY CANCELLATION OR BOOKING FEES.
Cancellation fees are subject of charge by the hotel, NOT Motoroads as
described in the "CANCELLATION" section below.
