The Nikea Park is located far from the noisy and overcrowded center of Golden Sands Resort. It is surrounded by wonderful wide garden with many trees and children playground.In the hotel there are 3 types of apartments: studio, apartment with one bedroom and apartment with two bedrooms. In the studios there is equipped kitchen available, double bed, complete bathroom, wardrobe, sofa, TV, table with chairs, air conditioning. From the balcony there is beautiful view to the sea and the garden. The one bedroom apartment has one living room, combined with equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there are also two night tables (except the double bed), and a wardrobe. Every room has separate air condition. The two bedroom apartment has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two separate single beds, very suitable for families with children. The living room, like the other apartment types, is combined with equipped kitchen. The difference is that in this type of apartment there are two bathrooms.The hotel offers a restaurant with capacity for 120 people, lobby bar with 60 seats and a bar by the pool. Sporting and leisure consist of an open air swimming pool, pool for children, spa centre and a fitness hall.An open air parking place and underground garage for 70 cars are the disposal of the guests. Also a conference hall, grocery shop, money exchange office are available. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the beach.
