PROS: Very pleased with the professional and efficient service when hiring a car. The major companies were closing before our late Sunday evening flight arrived at Bourgas and were not interested in our booking. MOTOROADS were more than happy to have the car waiting at the airport at 11. 30pm on the Sunday and we were met at the arrivals gate by a very friendly man. Everything was explained in clear English and the one query we had during our rental was dealt with immediately and to our full satisfaction. The car was a bit older than some of the bigger rental companies use, but was also far cheaper, and to be honest I was renting for 2 weeks, not buying it. Overall, very impressed and have already recommended to colleagues. CONS: None at all

PROS: Very helpful online support as well as during a phone conversation! The gentleman I spoke with was professional and spoke English very well. He addressed my concerns and I was able to proceed with the booking. CONS: Nothing
