Initially I was looking to rent a car with some ot the big rental names, but after that decided to give a try to some national company like MOTOROADS. Booking process was easy and transparent. I had exchanged couple of emails to make sure the car will have all papers to be able to travel abroad. I received respond in fast and professional manner. After my arrival on Sofia airport the person from the company already was waiting for me and in few minutes I got the car. The car was higher class from what I had booked. There was no hidden fees or other insurance surprises. It was nice running car without any problems. I rented the car for 2 weeks and returned back out of business hours 5am. Again no any problems, someone from the company was waiting for me and in less than 1 minute I returned the car. I am very happy with MOTOROADS and in the future definitely will consider it again. I like to thank those people for the honest business and Highly to recommend MOTOROADS to every one.

Used a rental car in the summer of 2016, in Bulgaria, Burgas, Sozopol, Ravda) 3 times a season, rented a car for 3-4 days. Order made through the site, partially paid with the card, the rest in cash. Responded quickly, drove the car on time. I handed over the car in Burgas. Without delay. The attitude towards the client is loyal. Thanks to the staff!

First, thank you for the excellent service team MOTOROADS! I`ve ordered my car online (wanted automatic transmission, GPS, and a child car seat)- everything was there waiting for me (us). Car was delivered exactly on time and the paperwork took 2-3 minutes. I had the car for 5 days and did not have any problems. It was a smooth ride and my family and I were able to enjoy our limited time side seeing Bulgaria. Thank you again! I highly recommend your service and hope to use it again in my future visits.

It was already the third time we booked a car via MOTOROADS (2 x Plovdiv Airport, 1x Varna Airport) and every time the service was excellent. We will definitely book again with MOTOROADS the next time we will need a rented car in Bulgaria. We already recommended motoroas to our friends and we ware sure that they will also be satisfied.
