PROS: We have just returned from a holiday in Bulgaria where we have made use of your car rental service, for the second time. The pick-up service was on time, but although the car was in a very good condition, it was too small for us and our luggage.
We had booked an Opel Corsa 1.2Ls which could hold 2 medium suit cases in the booth BUT we were provided with a Picanto which could hold only one small suit case, the rest we had to carry on the back seat. This was very uncomfortable for the passenger at the back. Luckily we were 3 instead of 4 passengers, as was in the booking (Booking No.1908-2908MSVE310710A: Car rent Voucher)
We were told that the contract says 'booked car or similar'. By similar I understand that the model might be different but still holds 2 medium suitcases in the booth and not less.
We are frequent travelers to Bulgaria. Next November will need to rent a car and we intend to make use of Motoroads again as the service was always excellent except for the above small incident.
We would highly appreciate if we benefit from discount voucher next time.

PROS: We rented a Renault Clio 1.2i and received a Opel Astra at Sofia airport.
When we arrived someone was waiting for us and when we brought the car back we could drive till the entrance of airport where someone picked it up and gave us the Security deposit immediately back. Very happy about that.
We will use Motoroads again.
CONS: The GPS explanation was poor, it wanted us to drive small roads while the girl who entered the destination ensured us that highway would be taken, also unable to enter all addresses. The map was our guide.

PROS: Met at airport as we came out of baggage reclaim, very friendly and helpfull, we rented an 8 seater, was in great shape, returned the van 2 weeks later, again we were met where we had agreed, right outside check in terminal, returned deposit. would recommend this service to anyone, will be booking with them again.
CONS: We had requested sat nav, but would not work, luckily my brother in law had given me one as a back up or we might still be driving around sofia(only joking), they did refund the money paid for the sat nav, must say though that they would have sorted it out if we hadn't had a back up. |
